Luca M. Munari started his career in 1986 as clinical research assistant at the National Neurological Institute “Carlo Besta” of Milan, and developed in the field of neuro-oncology and cerebrovascular diseases until he became co-director of Neurology clinic at Policlinico San Marco at Bergamo (Italy) in 1991. In 1995 he left clinical practice to join Schering-Plough Co. (Italy) as Manager, health economics and institutional affairs. Since 1998 L.M.
