My profile suggests that my core competencies lie in cancer research. It’s true; I am a trained cancer researcher, and a very good one. One challenge of academic research I accepted with great success was that of communicating my research and message to a variety of audiences. I believe that good communication, clear communication that get’s to the heart of the message as efficiently as possible is critical for success and work hard to combine my love of science, a clear message and great stories to bring simplicity (and fun) back into the task of effectively sharing complex scientific ideas.
