My career started in operational and strategic HR leadership roles with major corporates and SME's. In recent years I have found my happy place in start-up land supporting, coaching and building startup company's at early to mid growth stage.

I also have a passion project on the go called "The Breaking Bias Project" which supports CEO's and their leadership teams to improve their decision making and leadership capability specific to gender diversity.
