Over 7 years at Universal Electronics Lou has held various commerical leadership positions across the North and South America Regions for UEI and is now running the entire Business Unit for North and South America Lou grew the Americas business unit from $166 Million in 2010 to $195 Million in 2011. Lou is on track to grow 2012 revenues to over $220 Million. Lou has achomplished this growth by developing and introducing new products and opening up new territories within the Americas.
