Professionally, my goals are to implement the teams and methods to create an envrionment of success in the ER and in my entrepreneurial ventures. I'm a firm believer in the importance of leadership, and also in the importance of being a team player. My professional and personal experiences have taught me the importance of the balance between my work and family life. Making mistakes is all part of the learning process and I strive to implement this day to day. My love of aviation and medicine has driven me to orient my activities to the ER & ICU as well as assistance & travel medicine.
