I am an experienced facilitator and business coach. I started working within learning and development in the late 1980's and in that time have seen, enjoyed (and often questioned!) many different 'latest thinking' and 'new approaches'. What hasn't changed is my belief and passion that creative and experiential development interventions can enable people to start to bring about behavioural change in themselves that in turn positively impact their teams and organisation.
