Luis Caldas de Oliveira has been teaching signal processing and entrepreneurship courses to students of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) (University of Lisbon). He has also been involved in many research and technology transfer projects, sponsored by the industry, the Portuguese Science Foundation and the European Commission. His research interests include speech processing and, particularly, speech synthesis and production.
