My team manages our presence on Facebook and Twitter (including local social accounts) as well as YouTube, Google+ and more platforms to come. We also manage product reviews on REI.com and all community and engagement features such as the REI.com blog, Q&A, contests, polls, etc. We are also responsible for content strategy for engagement.
