As a manager and experience architect I work with clients creating and managing their information architecture and user experience in their SharePoint sites. I specialize in SharePoint content management and governance, Taxonomy and metadata, online community management and web writing. As the national Center of Excellence lead for User Experience it's my responsibility to create the strategy, roadmap and methodology for our user experience practices as we continue to grow.
