I enjoy working with organisations as a facilitator of engaging and productive conversations as well as longer term participatory strategy which results in a co-created strategic plan. My focus in every engagement is to create and sustain alignment within the organisation/ group about the larger purpose, the underlying values, the vision, stakeholder participation and overall management of the process.
