As Timber Marketing manager for Green Belt, I am heavily involved with the sales and marketing of harvested timber particularly in the southern half of the country. As a management company we oversee the efficient operation of sustainable forestry management practices and seek to optimise the financial returns from commercial forestry for our customers.
My role also includes a more general marketing and advertising function, with control over website design and promotional and brand development exercises.
We are currently becoming FSC & PEFC certified which falls under my remit.
Personally, I enjoy football, rugby and golf and play some of those as often as possible.
