I am Mannan Javid and I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in December 2014. I have worked on projects in humanoid robotics, renewable energy, cyber security and defense.
My most exciting accomplishment is my Senior Capstone Project which was inspired by the DARPA Robotics Challenge. Called ARCHR (Apparatus for Remote Control of Humanoid Robots) it was designed to address immersive, intuitive control for robotics in the disaster field. It won in various ceremonies and competitions, was open-sourced, and further enhanced by future seniors at George Mason.
