• Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions.
• Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.

c) Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
• Accountable the talent acquisition process ,Employee Welfare, Training, Performance Management System
