Starting my professional career (in IT) as a paleontologist turned software developer I spent the first 15 years climbing the corporate ladder culminating in a position as VP of Technology with Adecco, the world largest staffing company. I then turned to business consultancy as an independent consultant until I was bitten by the blogging bug which resulted not only in years of intense blogging on everything around online recruitment but also to more and more consultancy around online and 'social' recruiting.
