Over the last two years, I have been responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns for 4 pillar franchises in the US market where the goal is to not only drive new business, but to bring new consumers to the L'Oreal Paris portfolio. I work daily with our digital team to ensure we create the most innovative digital strategies, collaborate with retail teams to manage business in-store and understand purchase drivers on an account by account basis, work with cross functional teams to take in-store design concepts to reality, and manage P&L and budget forecasts for the year.
