My purpose is to be in service of organizations in transformation. I work with leaders in organizations who want to develop capacities needed in the 21t century. These organizations are based on self-management, wholeness and evolutionary purpose. I bring over 20 years of expertise in organizational learning and development.
I'm experienced in deep-diving methods for change, collective learning and innovation (Theory U, dialogue, art of hosting, co-creation).
I am a certified practitioner in Systemic Constellation work. I'm certified in the embodied work of Social Presencing Theatre.
