Over 25 years of wireless technology development and deployment, executive management and organization building. Led many highly successful groups from creating customized ASICs for advanced military systems in the 80s, leading a design team with the first GSM system in Germany (Vodafone) in the early 90s, creating the first CDMA large-scale network design group at QUALCOMM. At NextWave, created a 400+ person technology organization to develop state-of-the art 4G ASICs.
