In August 2014, I moved from a Customer Success role at Tidemark to a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) role (also known as pre-sales), part of the sales organization. Tidemark has been a great place to work, and I'm looking to make a larger impact on the company as a whole, which is why I made the move to the SE role. In this role, I am meeting with prospects, demo'ing the product, developing Proof of Concept (POC) solutions for challenging business problems, and training other folks in the organization on the product.
