Mark has a background as an entrepreneur having co-founded a number of businesses: his largest a £16m software consultancy. He has worked at c-suite level and as an independent facilitator, mentor, executive coach and phobia therapist. He is currently a director of Her Invitation Ltd, a business that he runs with his wife that provides empowerment workshops for women and is a visiting partner at Evolving Organisation, an Holacracy training and consulting company in the UK - which of course uses Holacracy as their organisation model.
