Mark Wagner was a founding partner in Pack-A-Drum in 1994. During the 7 years of ownership in 5 Miami Subs Grill fast food restaurants working all facets from facilities/equipment repair, manager, franchise/owner, and new store opening manager & trainer a background of over 20 years of food service. Over the past 10 years Mark has visited/inspected thousands of restaurants setting up waste reduction and recycling programs that have generated his customers millions of dollars savings. He currently speaks on issues related to restaurant waste & recycling programs and the problems that hamper management from producing more profits from their operations.
