Based in Hong Kong, I am the Group Talent and Engagement Director for The Dairy Farm Group, a leading pan-Asian retailer and part of the Jardine Matheson Group. The Group operates supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, health & beauty stores, home furnishing stores and restaurants under more than 20 well-known brands across Asia. My role focuses on deepening and strengthening the Group's talent and functional capabilities to support sustainable business growth.
