Working for Japanese cable industry since 2003. Experienced two system operators, MSO HQ, and technical research firm. All of them are within technical department. Some experience on customer services when working in system operators, too. I was also working for 3Com, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Nippon System Service in the past. Long experience in IT industry and service business. Fluent in both Japanese and English with overseas business trip experience number of times.
