About
MATTHEW D’OYLY, is in his fifth year at Otterbein University and is the Director of Annual Giving and Constituent Communication. Previously serving as an Assistant Director of Residence Life, overseeing Scott, Engle, Garst, Mayne and DeVore halls, before Matthew served as the Assistant Director of Wellness. Prior to Otterbein, Matthew worked as a Residential Life Coordinator at Hope College and the Assistant Producing Director of Hope Summer Repertory Theatre.
At Otterbein University, Matthew serves as the chair of Administrative Assembly, serves on the Men's Experience Commisoon, Service Recognition Committee, the Governance Commision and serves on the Bylaws committee of the Univers
