An IT Professional for 18 years, I worked my way up as a server and systems engineer with a specialty in Novell and EDirectory.  I supervised the Systems team in New York and was the point person for all projects and issues related to the Eastern Region Systems teams.

As a manager, I managed systems teams with as many as 10 people located in different locations around the United States.

Most recently, I have been working as a project and process manager.  My focus has been Release and Change Management and Disaster Recovery.
