In February 2008, Mauro has started to work in Food&Beverage Market with the hystorical and awarded reality, the Neuv Caval'd Brons - Turin, Italy. He was a brilliant restaurant and cafè waiter, just to start he was dimostrated organization and work manage with 160 covered seats per day. During this work experience He's continue to study Economy and Management at School of Business and Management in Turin, these academy studies are accompanied by the work volition.
