As a design researcher and strategist, I design tangible and intangible tools that allow people to accomplish their goals. I design for products, services, and organizations. I am always expanding my existing talents: designing and implementing activities to understand people’s needs, translating those needs into concepts, and evaluating the impact of final designs. I excel in leading multidisciplinary teams of designers and non-designers to collaboratively solve creative challenges.
