Dear New Neighbor,
Congratulations, you just moved into one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of San Francisco.
This idyllic existence has been disrupted recently by a member of your household, who is practicing drums from morning til night, sometimes for 15 minutes, sometimes for 4 and five hours at a stretch, past 9 PM, all week, Saturday and Sunday included. Our houses are wood and stucco. There is no hiding from the sound. It goes right through the walls.People who work nights can't sleep during daytime, sick people can't rest, and forget about backyard enjoyment.
