My passion is in the architectures and tooling for IT Management. I have wide technology background in both infrastructure and application development. I find myself most often as an architect creating new solution concepts and designs and I'm not afraid to implement those and to be hands-on. I have also often carried out project manager duties. My main focus is in ITSM & CMDB - especially in the service and data modeling aspects of it, but not forgetting the process. I have strong experience in CMDB integrations.
