Hacker: A person who enjoys exploring the details of programmable systems and how to stretch their capabilities, as opposed to most users, who prefer to learn only the minimum necessary. - from the Jargon File My current passion is finding ways to hack development teams to do more than they ever thought possible. Managers treat their people as resources and try to maximize efficiency. Leaders recognize them as humans and treat them accordingly. Empower them, inspire them, and they will do great things. I'm working to be more of the latter and less of the former (its a work in progress). When I get the chance, I write a bit of code, too.
