I received my M.D Degree in School of Medicine from Ankara University in 1993 and residency in Medical Microbiology training at Refik Saydam National Public Health Agency (RSNPHA, Ankara) in 1999.
I then started to work in the department of communicable Diseases Research at RSNPHA as a microbiologist.
In 2008, I was appointed Associate Professor of medical Microbiology.
