MiYoung Park is a Research Office Planning Supervisor with Long Range Planning Division at Tennessee Department of Transportation. She joined the research team at TDOT in August 2016 and leads the state planning and research efforts.
She earned her Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning at the Ohio State University in December 2015. During her Ph.D., she led part of the research effort for the Ohio Department of Transportation. She participated in the integrated land use and transportation models and linking land use, population change, and travel in Ohio. She also earned a BS degree in geography and an MS degree in regional science at Konkuk University, Seoul, South Korea.
