I am concerned on human's health and wish to create more awareness to more people. There are currently a lot of potential danger and toxicity in our daily life, from personal care products to cosmetic, from furniture to house, from clothes to daily used items, from fresh fruits to meat, from natural product to processed food, all leads to health concern illness and long term diseases. My current research would be applicable to food based industries and the research on advanced drying technology would be pioneer for current food manufacturing industries.
