I am an Independent Team Beachbody Coach! I am passionate and health and fitness, helping people get excited about getting and being healthy, and I am blessed to have found a profession that helps others, fits with my calling in life, and that I enjoy!
I started grad school in August of 2006. I have been gradually working on my thesis so I can finish at some point. I moved to Minnesota in August 2006. I am originally from Washington (state), born and raised in the Tri-Cities. I attended Eastern Washington University as an undergrad. I have also lived in Louisiana; I was coaching CC and T&F at Nicholls State University.
