have been working in groups during my studies at the Mediterranean School of Business and have been appointed as the team leader several times. The ability to manage conflicts and stress: gained through the hard work and precise reporting I had to deliver periodically to my professors, the workload created an atmosphere of stress which caused conflicts within the teams, but I as a team leader, I could handle that by setting rules and planning the work.
