John Evan Orias works for the City Government of Makati as a public relations officer. He finished an Executive Course on Designing and Developing Sustainable Tourism in 2019 at the Asian Institute of Management, MA Communication (cum laude) in 2018 and BA Journalism in 2013 from the University of Santo Tomas. He has also earned certificates from Harvard University, University of Toronto, and Emory University. He has received numerous awards for his critical essays and research papers. His works have been published in Dapitan, Ustetika, PCS Journal, Malaya, and Vera Files.
