The purity in relationship within the family and the sanctity attached to it is highlighted in M.Mohanan's latest movie aptly titled '916'. The name is normally used to describe the purity of gold but here, Mohanan defines the purity of emotions through his movie. Mohanan's earlier films 'Katha Parayumbol' and 'Manikyakallu' were runaway hits and his latest movie is expected to be similarly successful. Anoop Menon, Asif Ali and Mukesh play equally important roles in the film while Indrans, Salim Kumar and Sudheesh contribute with supporting roles. K.V.Vijayakumar Palakunnu is the producer and the film is made under the banner of Aadith-Aiswarya-Sneha Films. 'Katha Parayumbol' with Mammootty had Sreenivasan writing the story and screenplay whereas Mohan himself was the author of the story and screenplay in 'Manikyakallu'. In '916', Mohanan will be continuing the pattern by creating the story and screenplay himself. M.Jayachandran is the music director and the lyrics are contributed by Anil Panachooran and Rafeeq Ahamed. Cinematography is by P.Sukumaran, production controlling by Shafeer Sait and edits by Ranjan Abraham.Read less
