A PhD candidate in EECS working on sentiment analysis and opinion mining with solid background in machine learning and optimization applying to analytical problems. As a researcher with background in machine learning and data mining, I am focused on how organizations and individuals can efficiently utilize the ever-increased online data in their decision-making processes. In the course of my research I am interested in developing new statistical methods for document modeling and use those models to study customer satisfaction. This will enable us to provide the individuals/organizations with some insights from the customers perspectives which are valuable for both individuals and managers.
