In nearly 20 years in benefits, I've had the opportunity to work with almost every insurance carrier, every ERP system, most HR systems (some not even around any more) and most payroll systems. I've learned benefits and benefits administration from the "inside-out", with roles in operations, finance, customer service and consulting and bring this expertise with me to every engagement.
