MGW Consulting was founded by Marilyn Glazer-Weisner in 2004 as a response to what Ms. Glazer-Weisner saw as a pressing need for better cross cultural understanding. Says Ms. Glazer-Weisner "Having an active involvement in the development of opportunities for my learners while studying Spanish as their second language I have made certain commitments. Since anxiety and inhibition are the enemies of language acquisition, I commit to the goal of encouraging and modeling positive attitudes among my students and by reinforcing this outlook by allowing them to enjoy their active learning experience because this is the way I also like to learn."
