My research mainly focuses on ontology alignment, ontology instance matching of semantic web, bioinformatics and ontology based data and text mining. I have developed and implemented a number of scalable algorithms in Java to align large OWL ontologies and to match instances of RDF knowledge bases. Specially, our Anchor-Flood algorithm in the field of ontology alignment is scalable and efficient in aligning large ontologies.
