Believe~and take Action! My passions are pretty intense. I appreciate finding opportunities to discover and challenge personal boundaries. I'm unhappy with the negative affects of sedentary living, and am juiced by sharing new ways of helping people keep active and enjoying their lives - It's one of the reasons I invented SOLOSTRENGTH.- it's not about ourselves so much as everyone else we touch! In a NUTSHELL, I take on big things and I get them done. My advice?
