I am an emergency management professional with responsibilities within the four phases of emergency management throughout the course of disasters and major emergencies. As an emergency manager I function under the five mission areas identified in the National Response Framework, the National Preparedness Goal and the Federal Emergency Management Strategic Foresight Initiative.
