Lead data science team to build statistic model to improve user experience and drive revenue increase:
▪Work on recommendation and personalization, especially home page brands ranking. Build model to learn customers’ shopping preference, recommend relevant brands to improve customer engagement. 
▪Create predictive model to forecast product sales, assist business unit to make sound decision on merchandise purchase, and eventually increase product sold rate.
▪Build statistic models to segment customer, predict customer churn, mine association between products. 
▪Design and lead the implementation of experimentation platform.
