At USQ, I’ve been tasked with the development and delivery of an innovative talent attraction and recruiting strategy and building and managing a strong employer brand in line with the University’s core values and strategic priorities. Prior to USQ, I spent a number of years working in recruiting agencies providing a range of recruiting and human resource consulting services to clients across a range of industries including professional services firms, government bodies, banking and financial services, mining etc. I believe an organisation's most valuable asset is its people. I am passionate about talent acquisition, and employer branding and have a keen interest in marketing. S
