I never knew that I'd love being a mom as much as I do... I wasn't even sure I wanted to bring kids into this fairly messed up world. To my surprise- and thankfully, I adore and treasure it more than anything in this world. It sounds so "deep", and it is, but it gives life meaning and an entire new sense of purpose. Yes, its hard work- and daunting at times, but beyond rewarding. AMEN.
