Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology. Master degree in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering at Technological Institute of the Aeronautics with emphasis in Planning of Airports. Lieutenant in the Navy Brazil, served as volunteer military forces and acts as manager of financial planning and control of projects in the Brazil navy. Technical consultant in aviation planning projects, worked in projects at Petrobras, ANAC, OACI and others. It's student in the Ph.D. program in aviation safety.
