I’m an avid student of and contributor to leading schools of thought on digital-age operating models, including Exponential Organizations, Holacracy, and The Responsive Org (http://www.responsive.org). I’ve been studying what makes leading companies like Google, Tesla, Amazon, Valve, Spotify, Zappos, and others so special, and how their practices can be adapted and applied in other companies.
