15 years in business + 15 years as business skills trainer, coach, conference speaker. Co-founder of Musikscool, where Apprentice meets X Factor. Training designed to create a real and sustained difference: "Real learning, for a Change." I'm a behavioural trainer, running my own business for just over a year, but in the L&D world for 15 years. Before that in sales and marketing. I work all over the world, running training courses, team events, conference sesisons and coaching. I work with new hires right through to Director level, in organisations of pretty well any size. My main subject areas are Negotiation, Conflict Handling, Leadership and Team Development, but I have co
