Presently I m working with Idiscoveri Education Pvt.ltd as an Education coach based at Indore, looking after 21 schools in MH,CG, Rajasthan and MP.
My responsibilities are Training teachers ,observing their class room teaching practices, giving feedback for improvement in teaching and learning quality , taking demo classroom and also giving feedback to the principal and school owners about quality of implementation of XSEED program in school.
