The name, ConversationCircles, derived from a group facilitation process that is the underlying principle of our work. Conversational circle is an old technology. For us, we think that it is still a relevant technology; a way of leading us to see and listen clearly thus an opportunity to act differently. Joel Barker, a futurist and scholar who was the first person to popularize the term Paradigm Shifts in the corporate world and Ive learned from him that problems that are not possible to solve with ones view may be possible and easier with a different one.
